The safety of our team and customers is always our top priority. During severe weather conditions, service schedules may be adjusted to ensure safe travel and working conditions.
When Weather May Impact Service
Appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to:
- Heavy snow or ice
- Dangerous road conditions
- Severe storms or flooding
- Power outages
- Government travel advisories or emergency declarations
Communication During Weather Events
If weather conditions affect your scheduled cleaning:
✔ We will contact you as soon as possible
✔ We will offer the next available appointment
✔ Recurring clients will receive priority rescheduling
We appreciate your patience, as storm-related delays can affect multiple appointments.
Customer-Initiated Weather Cancellations
If you feel conditions are unsafe at your home, please notify us as early as possible.
Weather-related cancellations will NOT be subject to late cancellation fees when notice is provided before our team is en route.
Access & Safety
For winter appointments, please ensure:
- Driveways and walkways are cleared of snow and ice
- Entry paths are safely accessible
- Pets are secured indoors
If our team cannot safely access the home, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Power & Utilities
If your home does not have working electricity or water due to weather, we may need to reschedule until utilities are restored.
We always aim to keep your home on schedule, but safety comes first. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during severe weather events.
